Secrets of Successful People – the Super Successful Secrets Review

Are you envious of successful people? Do you see people in your neighborhood, in the news and on TV who are successful and wish you could be like them? In the Super Successful Secrets Review we’re going to take a look at some of the secrets of successful people and find out how you can apply them to your life to achieve your dreams of a better life.

The first thing to keep in mind is that successful people are human just like you are. There’s nothing different in their makeup that makes them better, or more prone to success, than you. So here’s how they do it:

Make The Decision to Succeed

Believe it or not, the first step to success is actually deciding that you want to succeed. Many people say they want to be successful, but they don’t realize what that means. They don’t realize the commitment to success that has to be made before they begin their journey. Unless you have something concrete to shoot for, you’ll end up missing every time. You really have to sit down and make a decision to succeed at something.

Work Hard

Ask anyone who has made it, be they an athlete or a businessperson, how they did it and they’ll all say hard work. Hard work means working when you don’t feel like it. It often means sacrificing leisure time in order to pursue your goals. Simply put: if you’re not prepared to put in the time, you may as well quit now, because becoming a success is often the result of outworking everyone else. Remember, hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.

Take Control of Your Destiny

There’s an old saying that goes, “You’ll never get rich working for someone else.” That’s not entirely true; you can do quite well while employed by someone else. But you’ll never be the top dog. Nearly every successful person rose to the top because they struck out on their own. Being employed by someone else instantly limits your earning potential. Your success depends on the whims of your boss. Not so when you’re working for yourself. The sky really is the limit and you’re free to go as high up as you want.

Network, Network, Network

Successful people don’t keep their ideas to themselves – they tell everyone they meet. In order for your business to succeed, you have to let everyone know you’re there, and what you’re up to. This means calling people, going to conferences, meeting people online, and schmoozing with other professionals. Networking not only lets people know who you are and what you’re doing, it also puts you in touch with people who can assist you on your way to the top.

Get a Mentor

Just like a good coach can bring the best out in an athlete, so too can a mentor bring out your potential. If you’re new to being an entrepreneur it’ll do you a world of good to get in touch with someone who’s been there, done that and tap them for information. A business coach is a good example, or even a respected colleague.

Expect to Fail

Failure goes hand in hand with success. Every successful person has failed, some many times over, and it’ll happen to you. Expect failure. Embrace failure. Because by failing you’re learning what doesn’t work. Master artists have said they have to paint 99 bad paintings in order to get the masterpiece. That means 99 failures before they get it right. It may not take 99 failures for you, but keep in mind that it’s part of the process. Don’t get discouraged, learn from your mistakes and push forward.

These are just a few secrets of successful people. Obviously, there’s much more to be learned about how to become a success and live the life you deserve, but this is the starting point.

Over Weight as a Chance for Self Growth

OVER-WEIGHT (Third Paper of three)

Over Weight as a Chance for Self Growth

MICHAL RON*

This paper is a continuation of two other articles of mine – ‘Beautiful, Smart Bodies’, and ‘Why self torture doesn’t help us loose weight’.

In those I suggested that bodies are smart when they accumulate over-weight; that they do so for different reasons, and that therefore the simple, old fashioned way of trying to treat this symptom by not eating and/or exercising usually proves not to work for the long run.

If we want to loose weight, we need not only to find out what is the function of our over-weight, but also to fulfill this function in another, more positive, way.

Generally, it has to do with the way we solve ‘Problems’.

We could believe ‘problems’ to be ‘real’.

Yet, we could also think about them in ways:

•	‘Problems’ could be seen as signals saying that we’re doing something wrong;

•	‘Problems’ could be seen as a great chance to change something;

•	‘Problems’ could be seen as a gate to a new, different, better form of experiencing our lives, in a more happy, meaningful way.

Looked upon from such point of view, over-weight could also be seen as a ‘problem’ – a beautiful starting point to a journey of self-growth.

If we choose to see over-weight in such a way, we could start by asking ourselves a few questions. For example:

•	What is the ‘Problem’ I want to grow out of? (And it isn’t over-weight!) Is it fear? Is it loneliness? Why do I over-eat?

•	What do I need to change? (And again, it has nothing to do with eating or exercising.) Should I break up a relationships? Am I to assert myself?

•	In what direction do I need to grow? Think of your live in the most general, broad way – Is it time to get married? To start a new career? Else?

What we call today ‘over-weight’ could become our most wonderful turning point in life and our most trust-worthy guide.

I can not keep a consistent sleep schedule, exercise schedule, studying schedule, and I am always rushing from place to place and wondering where the hours go!
Please help- if there is something that has worked for you or has a track record of putting people’s lives on the offense, I need some structure and consistency cuz after 7 years of this lifestyle, I am overwhelmed, look much older, am burning out, and I just dont feel good about myself.
THanks a lot.

Ok, I have three children ages 5, 2, and 5 months ( I had my first at age 17) I attended college full time for the first two years, and now I work 1 full time and 1 part time job, taking care of my familys’ schedule as well as my own.

Hon, if I can do it, you can do it! Suck it up, stop doing things that are unneccesary. 1. choose a day to do laundry, shopping etc. Get some help if you can, and SCHEDULE yourself some downtime. And also if you start something a little early you might feel less anxious or hurried about it ex: wake up 30mins early to get things done (only the important things) and take your time!

Good Luck!

Learning time management skills

When we learn how much time to enter the same amount of speaking skills management time, are we really talking about learning.

There is an art, however, do not take any advice. In this article, I put exactly what most You can start today.

Based on this approach I am about to teach that skill learning management time to learn new habits necessary. Instead, simple, easy things are to be used, which can.

Do not worry, everything will understand each other. I'm talking about your habit is likely to do more than is desirable in that uncomfortable. Well, of course, is not it? But here, how it can work for you. If you leave your desk in the bar of chocolate … You will be much more likely to eat … If you leave fresh vegetables on the table … It is quite likely that they were not eating if there are … If the candy bar at home … You can not eat.

So if you have everything you usually distracts from work each day to identify and reduce things to do for you?

Fortunately, there are some universal that almost nobody, including you, to limit access to avoid distractions can.

Telephone and email batch

Not that I like e-mail through the day you can get a nearly constant drip? If you receive a answer each time to stop anything getting done and distracting. The same goes for phone calls and text messages.

This easy to solve, however. Near them, and only check them twice a day. By checking all the time to respond to everything from start to finish.

Do you still constantly distracted as you work, which only decreases their productivity will do without.

Both will get you started, but there are ways to use this strategy all day to limit the number of distractions are a number of the can. Once you master the art of avoiding distractions, allowing yourself to achieve more every day to go out and be able to do without feeling stressed.
